The artwork has an anime depiction of Starset frontman Dustin Bates with a costume inspired by many of the costume designs in the music videos. Dustin is in a mysterious futuristic place with viruses hovering over his head.
This illustration was created using the dystopian reality we had to live in 2020, along with all the tension of the song "Infected" by the band Starset.
